Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team om a Part Time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position. Executive Cars Wales are a leading provider of chauffeur driven transport working predominantly for large corporate organisations.
The role will be 3 days per week - this can be flexible.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting services and be proficient in various accounting software systems such as Xero.
- Assist Accountant in Preparation of Company accounts
- Processing payroll on weekly and monthly basis
- Preparation and submission of VAT Returns
- Utilise accounting software (Xero)
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Experience
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Xero Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking with a vision for success
- Could be AAT qualified or QBE
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 450.00 per week
