Job Description

You will be responsible for all financial transactions related to the company's accounts. This generally includes:

Key Responsibilities:



Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and files

Book-keeping - including bank reconciliations, sales and purchase invoices, cash flows VAT returns, etc.

Checking, recording, inputting or processing financial data

Preparing all suppliers invoice for payments

Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges

Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders

Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues

Submitting weekly reports to management on accounts receivable operations

Posting payments to customer accounts

Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them Contacting customers to request payment of outstanding invoices

Updating customer accounts and records

Verifying and posting receipts

Competent with the latest technology including MS Office, MS Teams and Sage accounting software



In order to be successful in an Accounts Receivable job, you will need to have strong skills in:

Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

Accounts Receivable procedures

Basic bookkeeping, credit and accounting principles

Cash applications

Customer service

Organisational skills

Effective communication

previous experience in a similar role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,281.00-29,134.00 per year
