\xe2\x80\x8bOur client a small but long established south of the river architecture and interiors practice are looking for a Book Keeper and Office Manager for a part time role. Taking over this new role you will be looking to work 3 days a week working with this highly creative team keeping the office running smoothly. They work on a number of Hospitality and Leisure projects around the UK and all work in close collaboration together so a hands on attitude is essential.
For 3 days a week in the office in a lovely location just off the river you will want to work as part of the friendly team. The main duties will be book keeping so skills in Xero are essential. Day to Day management of the team and the office will also play a large part.
You will be supporting the Management team with key responsibilities including :-
\xc2\xb7 Book Keeping, filing all invoices and paying bills on time.
\xc2\xb7 Working closely with the Company Accountant providing all details for end of year accounts including monthly and quarterly accounts for the management team.
\xc2\xb7 VAT Returns.
\xc2\xb7 Office management including diary organisation, ordering of stationary and kitchen supplies.
\xc2\xb7 Keeping on top of all company insurances including cars employers liability etc.
\xc2\xb7 Daily diary management and organising travel arrangements when required.
\xc2\xb7 Managing staff absences and sickness
\xc2\xb7 Keeping up to date on staff time sheets and analysis reports each month per project.
Required Skills/Experience
Previous book keeping experience minimum 5 years. Ideally in a creative environment.
