Salary description: GENEROUS SALARY AND BENEFITS
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the art design of children\'s books, including cover design, layout design, and typesetting of various types of children\'s books (picture books, pop-up books, toy books, children\'s literature, children\'s science).
2. Possess independent abilities in children\'s book design and production, accurately grasp design trends and overall styles of children\'s books.
3. Design various promotional materials, detail pages, and posters.
4. Actively cooperate with editorial and distribution departments to carry out artistic work for book promotion.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree or above in design or related fields.
2. Familiarity with the children\'s book publishing market, with a network of illustrators and at least 5 years of design experience.
3. Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork and communication skills.
5. Prior experience with award-winning or successful book design works, and possession of artistic design resources is preferred.
