SERE is looking to recruit a highly motivated Bodyshop Workshop Controller
SERE Holdings Ltd is one of Northern Ireland's largest family run businesses with a turnover of 70 million employing 300 staff, incorporating Motor Retailing, Executive Jet Charter and Handling, Aircraft Operations and Air and Road Medical Transportation.

Role
Manager the workshop.
Provide technical support to technicians
Sign off all works completed
Improve productivity of the department, ensure sufficient resources to meet requirements.
Maintain standards and safe working practices in line with company standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction through high levels of customer focus.
Experience
Previous experience in a bodyshop, workshop setting.
Previous supervisory experience.
5+ Years experience in a fast pace motor trade environment.
First class organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent IT proficiency.
A Valid Driving Licence is essential for this position
