This position primarily involves expertly preparing, applying, and finishing automotive paint to ensure accurate color matching and a high-quality appearance that aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive knowledge of spray-painting techniques, including paint formulation, mixing procedures, and various application methods relevant to automotive painting. Keep updated on product innovations through ongoing training.
Prepare vehicles for painting by performing tasks such as masking, sanding, and other preparatory work. Apply paint carefully to achieve the desired finish, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
Consistently wear appropriate safety gear and protective equipment, participate in health screenings, and follow medical advice. Report any health or vision issues promptly to supervisors.
Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and operational condition, complying with fire safety and maintenance standards.
Adhere to all housekeeping, health, and safety procedures related to your tasks and workspace.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet team objectives and performance targets.
Additional Responsibilities
Due to operational complexity, additional tasks or duties may be assigned by a senior manager as needed.
