Job Title: Bodyshop Manager

Location: Kettering

Salary: Highly Competitive Basic Salary and Bonus + \xc2\xa3500 a month Car Allowance + Benefits

Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week \xe2\x80\x93 No Weekends

Full-Time, Permanent Position

With 20 years of unparalleled passion for vehicle body repair, our client\'s team consists of over 600 qualified and passionate employees. As a multi-award-winning company, our client proudly operates 32 body shops nationwide.

You will be:-

Manage on-site team of experts (paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff)

Experienced in team management and driven by results

Understand business needs, accounts, reports, and KPIs

Efficiently manage site resources and costs for optimal capability and profitability

Actively manage relationships with work providers and suppliers

Handle customer issues and complaints effectively

Prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager with expertise in health and safety protocols

Ensure consistent adherence to health and safety measures

Plan workload to meet agreed timescales for vehicle readiness

Work skillfully and safely, following manufacturers\' specifications

Lead and collaborate effectively within a team or independently with minimal supervision

Flexible approach and commitment to high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
