VANRATH are working with one of the largest Building Control Systems businesses in Ireland to recruit for a Control Panel Design Engineer, to be based at their head office in Mallusk.

Building Management Systems (BMS) is an industry at the forefront of technological growth in NI, with developers and construction companies alike opting for the convenience of being able to monitor and control all their buildings\' systems from a centralised location.
Our client are a dominant name within the Building Management Systems industry, as one of the largest providers of such services across both Northern Ireland and The Republic or Ireland. They specialise in providing bespoke engineered solutions for the control of services within any built environment. Services include installation and maintenance of smart control systems to manage lighting, heating, refrigeration and other specialist energy consuming equipment.
With years of success based upon a solid foundation of repeat business and long-term maintenance contracts, they now have need to increase their work force to support current and future expansion plans and increasing workload.
About you
- Previous experience of electrical design and engineering.
- Working knowledge of CAD drawing packages.
- To take the customers engineering requirements and design bespoke control panels that can be manufactured in an efficient manner.
- Liaising with Mechanical & Electrical Contractors on a regular basis.
- Create electrical schematics to allow the manufacturing team to build the BMS panels
