Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blow Moulding Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic products. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The successful applicant will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, contributing to the overall success of our production goals.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of packers and process operators to ensure full adherence to health and safety requirements and assure OEE and quality performance Operate blow moulding machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product specifications. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, identifying any defects or inconsistencies. Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine settings and output levels. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and enhance efficiency. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in blow moulding or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with machinery operation and maintenance is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
