Job Description
Castle Dairies are currently looking for a Blending Operative to join the production team.
This role will be shift based around the needs of production.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure temperature tolerances are correct and report to technical if out of tolerance. Complete blending paperwork, ensuring information is correctly recorded. Check blocks of butter for any damage and report to Technical or Team leader. Check equipment for any damage and that it is safe to use. Follow company produce for health & safety on site. Follow clean as you go at all times. Ensure area is up to audit standards at all times. Ensuring customer specifications are followed at all times, enabling quality standards to be achieved.
Ensure safe systems of work & work instructions are being followed at all times.
Essential
You must be able to work without direct supervision, be self-motivated, and have a strong desire to get the correct result.
Ability to complete paperwork as required. A passion to learn and understand machinery in area. Good communicator. Clean as you go mentality. Adhere to quality standards.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability
