Job title: Blast & Paint Lead
Reporting line: Services Manager
Location: Aberdeen
Position Grade: F
Principal Accountabilities
Resource allocation to ensure that all Fleet and Third Party Blast and paint tasks are completed within agreed time scales and to the correct quality standard.
Undertake paint reports as required.
Organise resource to maximise efficiency and meet customer demand.
Deliver Toolbox Talks
Program Blast And Paint robots and ensure that team are fully trained in operation and programming.
Backfill as required to ensure commitments and targets are achieved.
Drive HSE and First time quality culture within Blast and Paint Team.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven track record working in precision Blast and Paint environment.
Minimum of Nace Level 1 or iCorr Level 1 qualification.
Demonstrate a capability to train and develop others.
