Planning and implementing activities to meet the individual needs of children. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Observing and assessing children's development and progress. xefxb8x8f Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.What Are We Looking For?Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent. xefxb8x8f Valid Enhanced DBS check. Previous experience working in a nursery setting.Do You Have These Skills?Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
