Amentum Defence and Security provide design and engineering services for our nuclear and defence clients across the UK and abroad. Our team is experiencing exciting growth and long-term prospects within our established practice, and we are looking for people with transferable skills who are passionate about developing themselves and in meeting new challenges. We offer hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office. Occasional site visits may be necessary.

About the opportunity:

Our team is experiencing exciting growth within our established practice, and we have a need for a strong BIM Technician/3D Revit Designer on a hybrid working basis and based from our Glasgow office. Fluent in Revit, Autocad and Navis Works. Ability to produce 3D CAD information in a BIM environment. Production of 2D drawings (layouts, arrangements, sections, elevations etc.) from the 3D model. Capability across Multi disciplines including Electrical/Mechanical Building Services. Familiar with BIM, use of Common Data Environment (CDE) and QA systems. Familiar with working in a secure environment

Here is what you need:

Relevant qualification minimum, HND or equivalent. Revit experience All staff are required to be sole UK Nationals and able and willing to obtain SC level security clearance, and therefore must have been resident in the UK for the preceding 5 years. Willing to occasionally travel to expensed site visits.
