THE ROLE

We are looking for a competent Billing Controller to undertake a variety of Finance tasks working in our Twickenham office. Reporting to the Billing Manager you will handle the processing of new sales orders and client renewals along with associated administrative tasks.

WORKING PATTERN & LOCATION

08:30 \xe2\x80\x93 17:00 Monday to Friday, Twickenham Office.

Hybrid working pattern: 3 days office based, and 2 days home based.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Chase customers for overdue and outstanding debt
• Input new sales orders and renewals directly into the billing system along with associated administrative tasks.
• Receiving and reconciling incoming payments.
• Manage the status of accounts and balances
• Issue and post receivable invoices
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Handle written and verbal customer queries related to their sales order or billing

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a credit controller
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Experience of Zuora or a similar subscription billing platform.
