Billing Auditor/analyst
Job Description
Pertemps Reading are looking for a Billing Auditor / Analyst to work with a Pharmaceutical company in Theale. You will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks - Auditing clients to ensure billing for services rendered.
As a Billing Auditor / Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Create and distribute invoices to customers
- Audit past invoices to identify areas of opportunity for payment
- Initiate internal outreach efforts to encourage timely collection for unbilled services
- Reconcile billed accounts against P&L accounts
- Manage open balances
To be considered for this Billing Auditor / Analyst, you should possess the following:
- Finance or accounting experience / qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in Excel
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects / deadlines
