Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking for a skilled bilingual Customer Service professional to join their team on temp to perm basis. This position will be office-based and the successful person must be fluent in English and Italian.

Position: Bilingual Customer Service Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Italian

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (rotational hybrid opportunities)

Salary: Temp to Perm, \xc2\xa313 per hour

The job will involve\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Dealing with enquiries from customers via phone and email
  • Working as a team to ensure a first class customer service experience is had by all customers
  • Building rapport with customers
  • Keeping internal systems up to date
  • Administrative duties as required
The Person will\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Have experienced working within customer service (required)
  • Be fluent in English and German (required)
  • Be able to communicate effectively in order to build rapport, show empathy and understand customer queries
  • Be able to prioritise their work in an ever changing environment
  • Take a flexible approach to their work
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy interaction with customers
  • Have experience using Salesforce (desirable)
