Bids Executive
Job Description
It is my pleasure to work with a prestigious multinational law firm in their search for a Bids Executive to join their team in London.
Our client firm has a clear focus to make it their purpose to deliver beyond what is expected from a traditional law firm. They operate in numerous offices across four continents, specialising in technology, real estate, financial services, infrastructure and energy.
You, as the successful candidate, will be working closely with the firm\'s various practice groups to carry out bid activities. You will be integral in the firm\'s growth strategy and generation of pathways for more revenue.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Project managing the bid process from start to finish.
- Managing and delivering high-value RFP responses, pitches and proposals that would uphold and promote the firm\'s reputation.
- Being on top on making sure that written submissions matches the firm\'s approach and policy to delivery with the highest standards.
- Ensuring that adequate research has been carried out in preparing the drafts for tender projects.
- Editing and proofreading pitch materials.
- Being responsive to the needs and practices of the different stakeholders involved in each project.
About you
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong experience within a law firm or wider professional services.
