Bid Writer

to join our team and play a pivotal role in helping us win new business.

The Role

As a Bid Writer, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling, persuasive, and tailored bid responses that showcase our strengths, align with client requirements, and maximise our chances of success. You'll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and the business development team to ensure our submissions are accurate, engaging, and professionally presented.

Key Responsibilities

Researching, writing, and editing high-quality tender and proposal content Coordinating input from multiple stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging Managing deadlines and submission schedules Ensuring compliance with bid requirements and formatting guidelines Maintaining a library of bid content and case studies

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

A strong communicator with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Confident in working both independently and as part of a team Experienced in bid writing, ideally within a similar sector Familiar with UK public and/or private sector tender processes

Desirable

APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification Knowledge of bid management software (e.g., InDesign, CRM tools, etc.)
