With current live projects, projects at the ECI stage, and live tenders; they are looking for a Bid Writer to assist the work-winning team to secure future projects.As the Bid Writer, you\'ll be managed by a Bid Manager as part of the Pre-Construction team, supporting tender submission preparation and overall work winning.Duties will include:\xc2\xb7 Writing responses and formatting tender submissions.\xc2\xb7 Follow the agreed bid management procedures and ensure they are implemented at each stage of the bid process.\xc2\xb7 Actively attend Kick off meetings, solution development and mid bid meetings with internal and external parties.\xc2\xb7 Proactively ensure submissions are delivered on time.\xc2\xb7 Attend feedback sessions.\xc2\xb7 Operational integration and production of project case studies and best practice data.\xc2\xb7 Maintain work winning data library.The role will require:\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in bid writing and submission formatting.\xc2\xb7 Understanding of basic Civil engineering and highway works.\xc2\xb7 Software and IT knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple bids in line with submission dates.Rewards and benefits Attractive renumeration and benefits package with 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, company car or allowance.
