The Role
We are seeking an energetic, organised, and creative
Bid & Marketing Manager
to take ownership of our bid submissions and marketing output. This is a hybrid role that blends strategic bid management with hands-on marketing -- perfect for someone who loves winning work and telling a great story.
Key Responsibilities:
Bid Management
Lead the end-to-end bid process: PQQs, tenders, frameworks, proposals
Coordinate input from Directors, Estimators, and Delivery Teams
Write and edit compelling, high-quality content for submissions
Manage bid schedules and ensure all deadlines are hit
Track success rates and implement continuous improvement
Marketing Management
Develop and deliver a marketing strategy aligned to business goals
Create case studies, project profiles, capability statements, brochures
Manage website updates and social media presence
Coordinate photography, video content, and branding initiatives
Support internal communications and brand building
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in bid writing/management in construction, FM, or fire protection
Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail
Some marketing or content creation experience (formal marketing qualifications a plus, but not essential)
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and technical teams
Self-starter attitude: proactive, resilient, and adaptable
