About the role

Dodd Group are looking to recruit an experienced, skilled Bid Manager with a proven track record to join our well-established successful bid team.

You will be playing an integral role, and you must have a passion for winning new business as you will be overseeing and heavily involved in our competitive tendering process through both leadership and contribution of tender submissions and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

To produce compelling bids that are well researched, technically accurate and promote Dodd Groups unique selling points. Read and interpret tender documents whilst fully understanding the requirements. Complete a tender checklist whilst leading a project circulating it to the project and leadership team. Creating and maintaining relationships at all levels and regions across Dodd Group for specific tendering processes and to enhance the opportunity to develop the business further.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in developing high quality proposals and tender submissions for services. Proven experience of bidding for contracts across both public and private sectors. The ability to work within a fast-paced business environment capable of creating and presenting compelling service proposals. Prior experience of managing complex tenders and bid/proposals. The ability to research and analyse projects identifying opportunities for a competitive bid process.
