The Bid Manager sits within a dynamic marketing function, led by a passionate partner dedicated to its growth.
The Bid Manager will:
- Proactively contribute to the delivery of the marketing programme for client groups and support wider practice marketing efforts.
- Project manage bid submissions for all stages as required; PQQs, tenders, interviews etc., and monitor bid status and clarifications through the Opportunities inbox.
- Write content and coordinate submission inputs, working with graphics and project teams to ensure the production of high-quality documents and delivery of winning bids.
- Maintain bid information library in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
- Assist group management team in researching and identifying relevant market intelligence and where required work on specific submissions.
