A Bid and Proposal Manager is being sought to join this prestigious, leading law firm to become an integral member of the global bid team in its London office. The team is made up of 3 Bid Managers in London, with a team of Executives and Senior Executives supporting. This role will be responsible for providing critical bid support for the end-to-end bid process for the Finance and Funds practice. The role will work closely with the BD team and Fee-Earners in the group and will truly be an integrated member of the team. You will take a strategic and client-centric approach to bids, as opposed to just actioning requests.
The role will involve:
- Leading the development of bid responses in collaboration with the bid team;
- Developing leading, tailored, persuasive bid content;
- Supporting bids throughout the process to ensure excellence including qualification, presentations and dress rehearsals and feedback;
- Promoting bid best practice and process improvement.
- Excellent bid management capability;
- Experience of proposal writing/management;
- Strong bid process knowledge;
- Work experience in a professional services environment, i.e. legal, accountancy, construction or commercial real estate.
- Knowledge or an interest in Finance.
