What you'll be doing:



Design, develop and support data pipelines , data models , and BI reports using Azure Data Factory, SQL, Power BI, Databricks and related tools.



Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate their data needs into technical solutions that deliver real-world value.



Contribute to our data platform architecture and help evolve our reporting platforms to support faster, more accurate insight.



Optimise data performance and ensure processes run smoothly and securely in line with best practices.



Be a champion for data quality, consistency and governance - always keeping our users and tenants in mind.



Our ideal candidate? Your application will highlight:



Strong experience with relational databases, data modelling, SQL (e.g. T-SQL) and Power BI , including DAX.



Experience working with Azure-based tools (e.g. Azure SQL, Data Factory, Databricks). Knowledge of data Lakehouse concepts or Python.



Experience in building and supporting Kimball-style data warehouses and ETL frameworks.



Ability to work in Agile teams , engage stakeholders, and balance technical rigour with practical delivery.



A desire to grow, learn and contribute to a team that's shaping the future of data at Midland Heart.
