What you will do

We are looking for a skilled and driven data analyst that is eager to make a business impact and create value by leveraging data and analytics. You will join the Staffing Domain and assist us in building the world\'s most efficient and effective staffing function. You will work closely together with Talent Acquisition teams and various stakeholders, across multiple teams to deliver data and insights that support decision making and improve knowledge, that really makes a difference for our users, our employees, and our business.

Responsibilities

• Extract, manipulate, visualise, and analyse data from multiple sources
• Assist in defining and creating KPIs for the team and the group
• Build action-oriented dashboards, reports and presentations
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and colleagues
• Connect with different stakeholders to understand their needs and find solutions
• Drive tangible business change with the data driven insights generated

You should have

• Professional experience of analysing business problems using data and analytics
• Hands-on experience of data processing and visualisation, as well as building dashboards
• Experience of packaging hard facts and insights into a digestible story or narrative
• Strong proficiency in SQL, minimum 3 to 7 years of working experience in turning large datasets into actionable insights.
• Strong experience of data visualisation and dashboarding with a strong preference for QlikSense, or Qlik
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong business acumen and good with numbers
