Beverage Manager
Job Description
My client on the outskirts of Truro near Veryan are seeking a Beverage Manager for this stunning coastal Hotel.
As Beverage Manager you will oversee the overall operation of the bars offering excellent beverage services with a wealth of strong working knowledge within the beverage world.
My client offers an extensive wine list to their guests, stocking over 200 wines from across the world, with approximately 70% of all beverage sales being Wine.
You will pride yourself on having a great understanding of wine, recommending, and selling wines to guests that will complement their tastes and meal, creating a memorable experience.
You are confident in training, developing, and passing on your wine knowledge to the more junior members of the team.
Duties will include training staff, maintaining stocks, storing drinks properly, enforcing health standards, liaising with suppliers, creating professionally made cocktails and ensure smooth functioning of the beverage department every day.
You ideally hold WSET L2 qualification or equivalent
Permanent Full-time position with a salary of \xc2\xa328,000 - \xc2\xa330,000 per annum
