Together, wexe2x80x99re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the worldxe2x80x99s biggest health challenges.The HR & Benefits Administration Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to employees, managers and the HR team across all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle with a focus on employee benefit & absence management.This is a fixed term contract until 31 December 2025, part-time position working 22 hours per week (three days to include a Wednesday) on-site at our offices located in Little Chalfont. You will work closely with our HRBP reporting to the Senior Manager Human Resources.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Manage all aspects of employee benefits including communication, benefit election, & administration.Provide support for all administrative and operational HR activities which will include being the first point of contact for general HR queries.Ensure accurate and timely updates of HR systems, processes and documentation. Provide any necessary system reporting and analysis with a focus on absence management.The essential requirements of the job include:Multiple years of previous experience working in an HR function within a fast-paced, matrix organisationStrong HRIS experience (ideally Workday) and confident using Microsoft Excel for analysing employee data setsAbility to prioritise workload, organised and structured with high level attention to detail. A self starter with effective communication skills at all levels and cross culturallyIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Using Workday or ADP systemsManaging employee absence in line with HR policy and legal requirementsJoin our winning team today.
