An outstanding, community driven mainstream primary school- situated in Slough- is searching for a compassionate Behavioural Support Assistant like YOU to join an already flourishing team.

The mainstream primary school is deemed one of the leading schools in the area due to the knowledgeable and passionate staff creating a fantastic environment for the pupils to thrive, receiving numerous commendations for its contribution to the local community. There is a diverse range of pupils enrolled at the school, with some having additional needs ranging from communication difficulties to autism- of which require 1:1 support.

If you feel drawn to working with- or the continued work with- SEN children in a mainstream primary school environment and feel that you can help to encourage, motivate and drive children to reach (or even surpass) their potential then this Behavioural Support Assistant role is your perfect opportunity!

The Role:

• 1:1 support for student with additional needs.
• Permanent, Long term and short term contracts available.
• Full time (Monday to Friday).
• Located in central Slough- easily accessible public transport links.
• \xc2\xa375 - \xc2\xa380 per day.
• Teacher Training Opportunities.
• ASAP Start

Experience working with SEN children and a good understanding of SEN is essential for the role and being competent in working with challenging behaviour is favourable. This relevant previous experience could include SEN 1:1, helping within an SEN nursery, in a sport setting or in a similar SEN classroom setting etc.
