We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to lead our wraparound care provision, delivering a safe, fun and welcoming environment for primary-aged children before and after school.

You'll plan and oversee a variety of activities, support the wellbeing of the children in your care, and work closely with us and the school you are based at to maintain high standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children, organised, and keen to take a lead role in a rewarding, lively environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily running of the before and after-school club. Plan and deliver a range of engaging activities that support children's physical, social, and emotional development. Ensure the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all children in your care. Build strong relationships with children, parents, school staff, and colleagues. Manage the set-up and pack-down of sessions, ensuring the environment is clean, safe, and inviting. Maintain accurate records, including registers and incident logs. Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies. Support and mentor other team members, ensuring high-quality delivery at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children aged 4-11 years (essential). A relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare, playwork, teaching assistant, or sports qualification (desirable). Someone who is friendly, organised, flexible, and dependable. A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with young people. Paediatric first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding qualifications would be a bonus, but training can be provided.

Pay: 14.46 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
