Ruby Rose Health and Wellbeing Centre our sister company is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall well-being of individuals through tailored massage techniques, ensuring a relaxing and healing experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and preferences prior to each session. Administer various types of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to individual client requirements. Maintain a clean and organised treatment environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitised. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care. Document client progress and any relevant observations after each session. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential for effective treatment planning. Certification from an accredited massage therapy school is required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new techniques is highly valued.
