Duties

Perform various beauty treatments, nail extensions , BIAB , pedicure, gel polish , nail art but not essential Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored beauty solutions. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Upsell beauty products and services to enhance the client experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas to ensure a hygienic environment.

Skills

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences. Experience in hospitality to create a welcoming environment for all visitors. Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while multitasking in a busy setting. Proficiency in social media management to engage with clients online and promote services effectively. Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities during client interactions. Elash extensions but not essential Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
