Role Overview

As a Beautician Tutor & Assessor, you will become an integral part of the Diverse Trainers team. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional who is ready to build courses, teach, support, and inspire our students in the field of beauty therapy.

Skills and Experience:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated with current trends and techniques. Experience in delivering training and assessing in a classroom and practical setting.

Level 3 or above Award in Education and Training (RQF) or equivalent Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocational Related Achievement (RQF) or equivalent Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy
Desirable qualifications

Level 2 Skin Care & Facials Level 3 Stone Massage Therapy Level 3 Indian Head Massage Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Level 2 Myofascial Cupping Level 4 Certificate in Skin Needling

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to our students. Support and guide students through their learning journey. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet course objectives. Provide feedback and assessments to help students achieve their qualifications. Ensure all teaching and assessment is in line with awarding body standards.
