Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including BIAB, Gel Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing, Tinting, Massage and more! Provide excellent guest services by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit. Communicate effectively with clients to recommend suitable treatments and products, enhancing their overall experience. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and minimise wait times. Upsell additional services and products based on client preferences and needs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to uphold hygiene standards. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with innovative services.

Requirements

Be Level 3 qualified Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Proficiency in manicures, pedicures, massage, waxing, tinting Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple appointments efficiently. Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes is an advantage. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are preferred.
