Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and will be skilled in various beauty treatments, including deep tissue massage, waxing, facial and eyelash extensions. Any other treatments could be good for us as we provide many services in our clinic .This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage front desk operations while enhancing the overall client experience.

Duties

Provide high-quality beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, eyelash extensions, laser, nails, microneedling, chemical peels... Deliver outstanding guest services by ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and front desk areas. Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and boost revenue. Manage social media accounts to promote services, engage with clients, and showcase your work. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records at the front desk.

Experience

Previous experience in a beauty or wellness environment is preferred. Proficiency in guest services with a strong focus on hospitality. Familiarity with social media management for promotional purposes is advantageous. Skills in deep tissue massage, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and upselling are highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
