We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beauty treatments and services, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and a flair for upselling. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services while managing client relationships and enhancing their overall experience.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including hair styling, skincare, and makeup application. Specialise in eyelash extensions and ensure high-quality application techniques. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring personalised service. Provide excellent customer service and guest services, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client check-ins. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment to uphold professional standards. Engage in social media management to promote services, share client transformations, and attract new clientele.

Experience

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Strong skills in barbering techniques are advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. A background in customer service or hospitality is highly desirable. Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional activities is beneficial.
