Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in beauty treatments and customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This role requires proficiency in various beauty techniques, including laser hair removal, chemical peels, and deep tissue massage, facials and all advanced facials

while also demonstrating strong communication and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty services, including laser hair removal, chemical peels, hydra facials and deep tissue massages. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their needs. Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records. Upsell beauty products and services to enhance the client experience and promote business growth. Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure a welcoming environment for clients. Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with the community online. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the salon's standards. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Proficiency in sales. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Experience in managing front desk operations is an advantage. Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes is beneficial. A valid cosmetology or beauty therapy qualification is required.

We will reward the right candidate you could potentially earn up to 17-18phr if you make the sales but we will Guarantee to pay 12.21phr
