You will provide professional and engaging wellness therapies, massage, beauty, and aesthetic treatments, offering a full range of services tailored to meet our clients' needs and objectives. All applicants must have excellent customer service and organisational skills, as well as a high level of professional practice.

Your Role:

Deliver a wide range of beauty, wellness, massage, and aesthetic treatments to a high standard Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business Provide expert advice and recommend products and services based on client needs Maintain excellent salon presentation and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2/3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) A passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a desire for continual learning Outstanding customer service and communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Previous salon experience is an advantage, but not essential - additional training will be given
