Bar/waiting Staff
Job Description
We are looking for experienced bar and waiting persons to join our team.
We require confident individuals who excel in customer service who are both organised and can work well under pressure.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
-Serving customers in a timely and professional manner
-Keeping bar areas clean and tidy at all times
-Answering phones and taking bookings whilst managing time slots
-Managing stock
-Waiting tables ensuring orders are written correctly whilst informing customers on different dishes/specials etc
-Ensuring all company procedures are followed.
-Cash handling and correct usage of epos and till systems
-Changing barrells and basic cellar management
Candidates will need to be flexible and be able to work days/evenings and weekends.
Candidates will have previous experience in a similar environment and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
