Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety and beverage preparation. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks in a lively environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and drink recipes. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
