We are looking for motivated, committed and friendly bar staff, who are committed to upholding excellent standards of service that our local pub has become known for.\xe2\xa0\x80 \xe2\xa0\x80 \xe2\xa0\x80 We are excited to welcome those who share the values, attitudes, standards, and passion that characterise our business and define its nature.\xe2\x81\xa3\xe2\xa0\x80 \xe2\xa0\x80 \xe2\xa0\x80 We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work in our bar to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.\xe2\xa0\x80 \xe2\xa0\x80 \xe2\xa0\x80 \xe2\xa0\x80 Bartender responsibilities include\xe2\xa0\x80 - Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons\xe2\xa0\x80 - Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks\xe2\xa0\x80 - Assessing bar customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and making recommendations - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails\xe2\xa0\x80 - Check customers\xe2\x80\x99 identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age\xe2\xa0\x80 - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies\xe2\xa0\x80 \xe2\xa0\x80 - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience\xe2\xa0\x80 \xe2\xa0\x80 - Comply with all food and beverage regulations - General set up and an ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean\xe2\xa0\x80 - Adhering to health and safety requirements Requirements\xe2\xa0\x80 - Proven track-record and working experience as a Bartender\xe2\xa0\x80 - Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks\xe2\xa0\x80 - Computer literacy\xe2\xa0\x80 - Positive attitude and excellent communication skills\xe2\xa0\x80 - Experience of working with the general public and the ability to stay calm under pressure\xe2\xa0\x80 - Great team players who are flexible and adaptable.\xe2\xa0\x80 \xe2\x81\xa3\xe2\xa0\x80 We have immediate starts available for the right candidates.
