Are you passionate about cocktails, exceptional service, and creating unforgettable experiences? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Bartender to join our team at Little Love Club, a new, high-end cocktail bar in Loughborough.

About Us:

At Little Love Club, we pride ourselves on our innovative cocktails, sophisticated ambiance, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking enthusiastic bartenders/cocktail makers to help lead our team to success.

What You'll Do:

Craft a variety of cocktails, from timeless classics to bold, new creations.

Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

Maintain a clean and organised bar area.

Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Engage with customers, offering recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.

Uphold all health and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a bartender or cocktail maker preferred

Knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail recipes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Creativity and passion for the art of cocktail making and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
