Melia White House is a modern and elegantly newly refurbished hotel exceptionally located next to Regent's Park, within a short walk from the world-renowned shopping streets of Oxford Circus & Regents Street. Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent's Park underground stations are all within a 5-minute walk.

Salary package: from 27,000 up to 27,850 plus Tronc

Experienced Bartender/Mixologist

Mission: We're looking for an experienced bartender/mixologist to join our team and manage the seamless operation of our outlet. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Oversee daily operations, including inventory control and outlet maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards. Personalize the customer experience, anticipate needs, and handle incidents professionally. Supervise outlet setup, including lighting, music, and promotional materials. Promote the hotel's services, events, and entertainment.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender is essential (2 years). Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Knowledge of health and safety standards.
