Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Skills
- Hospitality: Ability to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Food Safety: Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Food Preparation: Experience in preparing food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Guest Services: Strong customer service skills with the ability to address guest needs effectively
- Upselling: Ability to promote additional products or upgrades to enhance the guest experience
- Helpfulness: Willingness to assist team members in various tasks as needed
- Restaurant Experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred,
