Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste. Create signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their beverage choices. Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining quality service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. A solid understanding of basic maths for accurate measurements and calculations when preparing drinks. Knowledge of food safety standards is highly desirable to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service is crucial for success in this role.
