What You'll Do:

Support the day-to-day running of the cafe, ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced environment Supervise and motivate FOH staff, maintaining high standards of service Help train new team members and lead by example on the floor Handle customer queries and feedback with confidence and professionalism Ensure excellent presentation of food, drinks, and the cafe at all times Oversee opening/closing duties and daily cash handling

What We're Looking For:

Previous cafe, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory experience Confident under pressure and thrives in a busy service environment A natural team leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Flexible and reliable - weekend availability is essential Must be be Barista trained

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
