We are seeking an experienced (minimum 3 years) and passionate Barista and Bartender Supervisor to join our team and help expanding the success of our business into the evening hours. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve not only the preparation of coffee and other alcoholic drinks but also ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, opening and closing. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including equipment and utensils.
Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking their orders accurately.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
Opening and closing duties.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Skills
Basic maths skills for handling cash and making calculations.
Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks during peak hours.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Ability to help customers with inquiries and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
