Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while following proper food handling procedures. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Keep inventory stocked and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain high hygiene standards. Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change accurately. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to enhance customer interactions.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
