Barista Team Member
Job Description

Key responsibilities:
to serve customers efficiently and politely in an engaging manner;
to work as a team to ensure the store and kitchen is the best and cleanest it can be;
to take the time to meet customer needs and to deliver excellent service;
to create and deliver high quality food and drinks in a healthy and safe environment; and
to train and develop new members of the team.
Team Members are expected to be able to undertake a variety of activities including:
food preparation;
tea, coffee and drink making;
pancake making;
ice cream serving;
general store, kitchen and bathroom cleaning duties; and
supporting other team members as required with the day to day running of the store.
Training and development will be provided to all new Team Members.
Helpful Qualifications / Experience
Previous barista experience and a passion for coffee Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety standards and practices Ability to prepare food items efficiently Basic maths skills for handling transactions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
