Starbucks Barista - The Hough Retail Park - Stafford

Our Baristas really are the face of Starbucks. They are an important part of our customers' day and experts in handcrafting delicious, perfect beverages. We offer industry leading training and support so if you have never made a coffee, don't worry as we will train you on all aspects of the job.... and more but you will need the commitment and passion to deliver exceptional service and results!

*Barista main duties include:
- Working effectively as a team to provide a world class customer experience
- Providing a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting customers, taking, and preparing customer orders quickly and accurately
- Food and cash handling
- Executing store operations including promotional activity and ensuring the cleanliness of the store

You must have the drive, passion and a natural energy to deliver a fabulous customer service experience and consistent product quality every time - even when it's busy!
