At The Good Kind, we believe in serving not just great coffee, but exceptional experiences. We're looking for a passionate Barista to join our team, bringing enthusiasm for high-quality coffee and excellent customer service in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks in line with our standards. Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers warmly and efficiently taking orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista station, ensuring it meets all health and safety guidelines. Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment. Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred. Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and espresso machine operation. Passion for creating high-quality drinks and providing excellent customer experiences. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.50-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
